| New Rules for Competitions | Transparencies will no longer be accepted. The update will include rules for preparation of digital images for projection but this still requires minor clarification and agreement within the club. These changes have now been uploaded but the competition rules apply to only the monthly competitions at present until ongoing modifications have been carried out Watch out for the details of how to size and title digital images for projection. It is proving to be a fairly complex process to get up and running but the guidelines will appear on the website as soon as possible and a leaflet should be available for the first meeting of the new session. REMEMBER THAT YOUR SOURCE FILES MAY BE 3:2 RATIO FROM DSLRS AND 4:3 OR 16:9 FROM DIGICAMS and optimising all of these to 1024x768 pixels requires a bit of thought! |
