Members’ AV Night, 3rd March 2011 and
the Challenge
Trophy for
the Best
member’s AV sequence. The
committee has agreed on the following rules for the competition 1.
This is an open competition with no pre-qualifying conditions for
entry. 2.
The members present on the evening of the competition shall decide
on the winning AV sequence. 3.
Members may submit up to two AV sequences, each of duration no
greater than 6 minutes. The 2nd sequence may be disregarded
if the total entry is too great. (Any
member with a pre-prepared sequence of duration greater than 6 minutes
will be treated sympathetically – speak to any committee member as
soon as possible.) 4.
Only AV’s not previously shown shall be eligible. 5.
Entries shall be submitted 2 weeks prior to competition, ie 17th
February. 6.
Entries shall be submitted on a cd, memory stick or card, or other
suitable media and the sequence file(s) shall contain the author’s
name, PIN, the title of the sequence(s) and, if more than one sequence,
the order of preference. (1 being the author’s first choice, 2 being
the second) 7.
The author’s name must not be included anywhere within the AV
sequence(s). |
